Order Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as your order will have already entered processing. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We stand behind our products and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are still unsatisfied, you can return the product within 60 days from the purchase date. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing info.vicassy@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will offer a replacement at no cost.
Note: Minor damage to packaging (e.g., dented boxes) is not considered a product defect. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
While we strive for fast and reliable delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen shipping issues. If you experience any problems with delivery, please contact the courier directly. VICASSY is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer resends or refunds for undelivered items.
